This year, thanks to Mamado and Maternity Center De Wieg, we are again providing a feeding and nappy caravan. Mamado's caravan has a cozy breastfeeding corner. Are you breastfeeding and want to express? No problem! There is a cool box in which you can store the expressed milk and pick it up when you leave for home. In addition, there is a nursing pillow, a microwave oven, bottle warmer and a sitting area with a table for four people. Soap, hand towels and wet wipes are also provided. And don't worry in case of accidents with milk or vegetable porridges, because with a microfibre cloth everything is cleaned up in no time! There are also some facilities for the brothers and sisters.

When: Friday to Sunday, until 8 p.m.
Location: Bargeplein

Hearing protection for children ... and babies

The children's headphones are no longer unknown at Cactusfestival. From this year on, earmuffs are also available for the little ones. Don't miss out on your favorite festival without the risk of hearing damage to your little one, thanks to Lapperre.

Do you want to help at Cactusfestival? Do you have a pair of hands, a head or a good pair of legs to borrow? Then click here and fill in the form! Please note, there is a minimum age of 16 years!

The information letter for local residents will follow in the spring of 2020.

Lost keys, wallet, mobile? Not nice, but it happens. All lost items are collected at our information booth on site. Feel free to drop by there, maybe someone brought it in. Found something yourself? Feel free to bring it in there. If you were unable to find your lost property during the festival, mail to info@cactusmusic.be.

Entering the festival site implies consent to all preventive and control measures taken by the organizer or the security team, including possible scanning and investigation of a person search. Failure to comply with these measures will result in refusal or withdrawal of access rights.

• Changes to the program do not give rise to a full or partial refund of the festival ticket. Liability of the organizer in cases of force majeure is excluded.

• The artists and organizers of the festival cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft, nor for any incidental accident.

• Cactus Muziekcentrum cannot be held responsible at any time for the actions of minors in the festival park!

• The organizers cannot be held liable for any damage at the campsite, as they are not the operators of the campsite. Complaints about the campsite can be directed to the campsite owner (campingorganiser@gmail.com).

Merchandise

Official sales of merchandising only take place within the festival site.

Security Procedures

The safety of our festival visitors, artists and their crew, employees and local residents is always an important point of attention when organizing Cactusfestival. The safety procedures are established in consultation with the police, emergency services and city authorities. Visitors may possibly be subjected to a personal search and are expected to cooperate in this. Small backpacks and bags (max. 45 cm high) remain after checking welcome in the festival park. However, visitors are expected to open this spontaneously at the entrance and show its contents to the security officers involved.

Guidelines

clear guidelines have been drawn up with regard to matters that are allowed and not allowed (see below). Every effort is made to ensure that the additional checks run as smoothly as possible.

Hint!

Come packed light! Do not bring unnecessary things. Leave bags and backpacks at home if possible. Large backpacks (higher than 45 cm) are not welcome anyway. We would like to thank all festival visitors for their understanding and cooperation in making it a fun and safe Cactus Festival together!

Not welcome at Cactusfestival:

Security

Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw wants to continue to profile itself as a professional and permanent music center in the non-classical music sector. The term "music centre" here refers to the combination of activities as a music club, concert and festival organizer and music education centre.

The profile as a music center focuses on the artist/musician and his/her work. Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw wants to offer a platform in which it can profile and present itself in optimal professional conditions and where it can lead to a real meeting with the public.

Its operation is not separate from what is happening in the wider society. From its own position/approach, Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw wants to anticipate in its operation and approach a number of evolutions/phenomena that are at stake in this society: globalization and migration, technological innovation and digitization, changing social connections and relationships and their importance for social cohesion, ecology and sustainability.

As a non-profit organization Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw fully invests its possible profits in making its future concerts and projects possible. In this way we can also offer opportunities to artists who are difficult to program for financial reasons.

At Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw (organizer Cactusfestival) we are aware that you place your trust in us. We therefore see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. Here you can read what data we collect when you use our website and/or purchase tickets, why we collect this data and what we do with it. These privacy measures are in accordance with the GDPR.

Occasionally we send e-mails with an offer for performances that are directly related to a recent visit of our customers.
