Take a break @ Benenwerk with the Break Battle! Breaking, also known as b-boying/b-girling, is one of the central elements of hip-hop culture, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Belgian breakers have been doing well on the international stage for years; starting next year, breaking will also be a discipline at the Olympics for the first time. At Benenwerk, you will experience the gladiatorial battle that is a break battle - breakers get together, go cyphering (jamming in circles, the meeting point for breakers) and compete in the Break Battle.
